It offers dynamic random access memory (DRAM) modules, flash modules, very low profile registered dual in-line memory modules (DIMM), 4 Rank fully-buffered DIMM, small form factor DIMM, and flash memory cards and modules.

The company also designs custom semiconductor logic devices, which are integrated into memory subsystems. It markets and sells products through a direct sales force and a network of independent sales representative to original equipment manufacturers and electronic manufacturing services providers.

The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Irvine, California. The stock ended the week trading at $7.27 up $2.80 or 64.64% for the week on heavier than average trading volume of 95 million. The average weekly trading volume for Netlist is 10.73 million.
